In addition to using certified materials, where possible we use solely vegetable-based inks and water-based adhesives which are non-hazardous and therefore kinder to the environment.

As a side effect of our production processes, our trade printers do produce quantities of hazardous waste. Where possible their waste is treated and recycled, anything that cannot be recycled is disposed of by the certified waste carriers used.

The Company uses paper, plastics and cardboard for packaging products, any wastage of these materials is segregated into designated bins and recycled.

Our commitment to the environment is further extended through certification to the FSC® Chain of Custody standard, this gives the Company and its customers confidence that the material we use has been sourced from well-managed forests.

Our trade printers are proud to beISO 14001 certified businesses. This means we operate according to a strict set of internationally recognised standards for environmental business practice. The ISO 14001 covers all sorts of business activity, from air pollution to soil contamination, so we can be sure that we’re doing everything we can to be environmentally friendly. Being an ISO 14001 certified company also means they get regularly audited to make sure that they continue to be environmentally friendly in the future.
